BUSINESS FINANCIALS AND OPERATIONS: Drives strategies for QLD stores to deliver on business financial metrics and sales growth.Monitors states financial metrics through evaluation and reporting on individual area and store performance against business objectives.Will work closely with Head of Retail and key business functions to drive the growth of the QLD business.Has a strong understanding of operational excellence requirements and ability to drive compliance with Area Managers and Store teams.
