Your Role: As a B2B Sales Development Representative your primary responsibility will be to build a robust pipeline of opportunities with potential and existing clients. You will play a crucial role in setting up face-to-face meetings for our Business Development Managers to close new recruitment assignments. Key Responsibilities: Initiate conversations with potential clients through phone calls, with email as a follow-up tool. Understand client needs by asking insightful questions. Capture and manage key information for future reference in our CRM. Secure new client meetings with qualified prospects. Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM. Contact between 30 - 40 customers daily. What We’re Looking For: To hit the ground running, you should have: Experience: At least 1 year of appointment setting or B2B sales experience. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM systems. Communication Skills: Personable, confident, and eloquent, with experience engaging business owners and C-suite executives. Self-Motivation: Disciplined and organized, with a proactive approach to picking up the phone. Listening Skills: A great listener with the ability to ask pertinent questions. Resilience: Comfortable with rejection and unfazed by ‘no’. Team Spirit: A collaborative approach and a positive attitude.
