Specialist Sales is a well-established independent rural merchandise business that supplies products Australia-wide. Established in 2003, Specialist Sales is an expanding business based in Toowoomba and is now seeking a passionate and dedicated person to fill the full-time role of Customer Service Officer.
The Customer Service Officer will answer customer inquiries online, via telephone, email, and walk-in customers, taking orders and other administrative tasks. We pride ourselves on above and beyond customer service with fast response times to support our valued customer base. Responsibilities:
1. Answer customer inquiries online, via telephone, email, and in-person.
2. Take orders and perform other administrative tasks.
3. Provide exceptional customer service with fast response times.
Qualifications:
1. Proven track record of reliability and strong work ethic.
2. Knowledge & experience in customer service and office administration.
3. Willingness to learn new skills in a growing business.
4. Ability to work unsupervised and have outstanding organisational and time management skills.
5. Demonstrable ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. A background in agriculture (desirable) and/or an interest in agriculture (essential).
This role is full time, Monday to Friday, and based on site in Toowoomba, Qld.
