Job Description
The Director and Registered Migration Agent will be responsible for providing accurate migration advice to clients. This includes assessing eligibility, preparing documentation, and ensuring all migration procedures are followed according to legal and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough consultations with clients to determine their eligibility for various visas and immigration programs.
* Prepare and lodge visa applications on behalf of clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted correctly.
* Manage client relationships and follow up with relevant authorities and clients to ensure the successful outcome of their cases.
Requirements
* Knowledge of Australian migration laws and regulations, including the ability to stay updated with the latest changes.
* Experience in preparing and lodging visa applications, as well as managing the entire application process.
* Strong organizational skills for case management and consistent follow-ups.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Registration as a Migration Agent with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA).
* Relevant qualifications in Migration Law, Australian Immigration Law, or a related field.
