Are you passionate about driving organisational change and empowering individuals through training? We are seeking a skilled and motivated SAP Change / Training Analyst to join our project team for a 6-month contract. Our client has recently implemented SAP S4 HANA, in this role you will work alongside the Change Manager and project team to work through to process improvement and training material. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Change team and the project team to understand the project goals and needs. Assist the Change Manager in producing a set of actionable and targeted documents to support the change implementation activities, including change impact assessments, change management plans, communications plans and training plans and any other relevant artefacts. Facilitate change workshops and briefing sessions with the business and project stakeholders to enable completion of change impact assessment, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders. Support the development of the training needs analysis to inform proposed training, materials, and other training and enablement approaches. Analyse business requirements and design training materials to meet learner needs Collaborate with SMEs to gather content and support the delivery of training initiatives and key outputs. Set and document clear, measurable learning objectives; provide input and support for the design and delivery of training programs. Develop instructional materials, including courses, manuals, and engaging content, utilising multimedia tools to create interactive elements like videos, quizzes, and simulations. Evaluate the effectiveness of training materials and continuously iterate to improve user experience. Identify resistance and performance gaps, and work with the Change team to develop and implement corrective actions. Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience in change management and training delivery, with experience across SAP S4 HANA (in particularly finance) Strong ability to design, develop training material Familiarity with change management frameworks Excellent communication skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops. Strong analytical skills to conduct needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Experience with multimedia tools to create interactive and engaging learning content. Ability to collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders, from business leaders to technical SMEs. Adaptable and proactive with a solutions-oriented approach to addressing challenges and performance gaps. Experience in Enable Now or WalkMe would be an added bonus Relevant qualifications in Change Management, Learning & Development, or related fields are a plus.
