Leading a dynamic Business, we are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Officer to join our payroll team. This role offers the flexibility of working from Home and Office, with the ability to manage your own portfolio of clients.
* Maintaining and updating employee personal records
* Providing advice on payroll-related queries
* Preparing and running monthly payroll reports
* Preparation and submission of payroll tax, PAYG, Workers Compensation, and other compliance returns
* Payroll Reconciliations
* Compliance and Auditing for payroll tax, work cover, and superannuation
* Engaging in project work involving payroll system implementation and redesigning legacy processes
About You:
* Prior payroll experience
* Prior experience in compliance and submission of payroll tax, work cover, and superannuation
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong Excel skills – V look-ups
* Ability to multi-task
* Proven experience in managing competing priorities
* Sound knowledge of Award structures
