About the Role
As a Recruitment Administrator, you will support the Talent Acquisition team. You will report to a supportive Talent Manager and be responsible for providing coordination and customer service while maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth recruitment processes. This is a temporary position with potential to go permanent, so full working rights are required.
Key Responsibilities
* We post job advertisements on multiple job boards and our website to attract top talent.
* You will conduct initial candidate screenings to shortlist the best fit for the role.
* You will schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
* You will respond promptly to candidate inquiries regarding application progress.
* You will maintain accurate candidate records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
* You will ensure all recruitment activities align with privacy and compliance regulations.
