We are seeking an experienced and strategic recruitment professional to manage impactful projects and proactive talent initiatives. As a Senior Talent Partner, you will play a key role in high-volume recruitment for our Relief Team and contribute to enhancing our overall talent strategy. This role offers opportunities for growth and is transferable across the Talent Team. Your key responsibilities: Oversee complex recruitment projects and high-volume recruitment for the Relief Team. Develop and implement strategic recruitment marketing campaigns. Create detailed reports and dashboards; analyze data for actionable insights. Build and maintain talent pools for proactive recruitment and internal mobility. Mentor junior team members and collaborate with stakeholders to meet talent needs. Deliver exceptional candidate care and ensure a positive recruitment experience. Identify and implement process improvements for efficient recruitment workflows. About you: You will bring your skills in recruitment and talent management to support the full lifecycle recruitment processes in a fast-paced client-focused advisory role in a complex, decentralized recruitment team to manage high-volume recruitment activities across BCE office and schools.
