The Role The Demand Planner is a newly approved additional role that will provide support to Krispy Kreme's DFD customers and our Retail and Manufacturing teams. You will be responsible for the development and improvement of processes, tools, reports and provide data analytics to help build strategic initiatives. In this sweet role you will: Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and other relevant factors. Utilize market insights, historical sales trends, consumption trends, and channel-specific promotional activities to develop and refine demand forecasts based on market conditions. Ensure the demand planning system (Reflex) is up-to-date and accurately reflects the current agreed demand plan. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to accommodate any demand-related requests. Coordinate demand planning matters to support projects that drive growth objectives, cost reductions, operational efficiency improvements, and reduce business waste. Build reports and business reporting tools using Power Query and Power BI. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or related field (Supply Chain or Finance) or equivalent training and experience required. 2-3 years' experience working in a combination of demand planning and sales operation is required. Experience in data analysis and transformation using Excel and Power BI. Solid knowledge of demand planning fundamentals. Understanding of P&L with an ability to derive messaging based on data.
