As the leading global retailer of athletically inspired footwear and apparel, we are looking for an individual who provides administrative and organizational support to the Customer Experience and Sales Team who is responsible for the successful management of Foot Locker (Asia Pacific) Stores including Customer Experience, Sales Performance, Store Operations, Communications, Store Events & Event Management.
ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support
Provide administrative and organisational support to the CX & Sales Team in areas including (but not limited to) Travel / Calendar Scheduling / Contact Lists / Meeting and Event Preparations / Presentations / Miscellaneous Reports / Store Incentives - within agreed time frames.Store Support / Communications
Manage all APAC store communications platforms & communications including (but not limited to) Email / CX Sharepoint Sites / Think Time – The Zone within agreed time frames.
Work cross-departmentally to ensure concise, consistent, relevant information is disseminated from HQ to the field and store teams.
Create engaging store communications utilizing Think Time, MS Office, Canva and SharePoint.
Collaborate with others in the development of initiatives including store directives and training materials etc.Event / Project Management
Assists – Senior Mgr.
– Field Strat, Eng & Comm.
in coordinating the logistical management of major APAC events (including Kick Off, DM Meetings, MT Meetings, Holiday Incentives, Team Week etc.)
and to undertake additional projects as directed by the Snr.
Manager – Field Strat, Eng & Comm.Business Partnership
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key internal clients including the product, marketing, HR teams, finance teams in both the Singapore and Brisbane offices.Organisational Compliance
To maintain the organisation's core values (integrity, leadership, excellence, service, teamwork, innovation & community) at work and when representing APAC at external functions and events.
To adhere to all Foot Locker policies, procedures and guidelines.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Administration/CommunicationsEfficient administration skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMarketing / Sales SkillsIntermediate proficiency in relevant computer technology – Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and OutlookIntermediate proficiency in designing and compiling documents / pamphletsPassion for youth cultureKnowledge of, or ability to acquire knowledge of the general retail industryKnowledge of, or ability to acquire knowledge of the relevant legislation, regulations, industry standards and best practice operations for the retail sector (preferably in the Asia Pacific region)Knowledge of, or ability to acquire knowledge of the Foot Locker organisationAbility to work as part of the greater team and coordinate activities with other departmentsAbility to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and show initiativeAbility to co-ordinate multiple projects at once in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentDemonstrated ability to adapt easily to changing situations and demonstrate flexibility in juggling priorities
