THE ROLE & OPPORTUNITY Visit sites as appropriate and appraise requirements of the scope of work provided Foster a team culture that optimises individual and team capability and performance Management of bids/tenders to ensure they are developed to a consistently high standard Employ critical thinking and problem-solving skills to help interpret and respond to bid/tender requirements Establish a strong relationship with the pre-contract team to ensure the identified opportunities are understood and pursued Devise successful strategies to develop winning bids/tenders, considering Aerison's Services' operating and profit margins required Oversee the team during the bid process, ensuring internal deadlines are met and bids are submitted on time Work with the key members of the project team and the client organisations to obtain the information required to compile the bid Review and update pre-bid strategies Develop and maintain client relationships Maintain and update CRM database regularly WHO YOU ARE Someone with previous experience in a Proposal Manager role or previous relevant Project Manager experience Site project-based experience A highly organised and efficient professional Contractual and commercial acumen.Understanding of contractual and commercial terminology Ability to prioritise tasks and work to tight deadlines Strong leadership skills with an ability to lead change and develop/mentor staff Proficient in use of all Microsoft Office Suites, particularly Excel, Word and Power Point as well as previous CRM experience Demonstrated Interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with Clients, stakeholders and key relationship members at all levels THE PERKS Weekly pay cycle Gym Membership RDO a month Employee Assistance program for you and your family Employee and family member discounts to over 200 Australian based retailers; including travel, hotels, fuel, shopping and health insurance.
