The Device Planning Lead will be responsible for supporting the VP of Devices and Devices leadership team with the development and coordination of strategic requirements, monthly, quarterly, annual planning activities and financial management. This newly created role will see the incumbent joining a high performing team and manage Optus's top 10 strategic partners.
Your day to day will consist of...
1. Coordinating the planning across all device initiatives, tracking and reporting on timings, status and delivery
2. Contributing to the success of Devices reporting to assist in achieving AOP targets and management of key actions to ensure execution and delivery
3. Managing relationships and collaborating with senior management, external strategic partners and various levels of stakeholders
4. Developing documentation, briefings and reports required
5. Managing cost centers to ensure alignment with the budget
What makes you perfect for the role?
1. Extensive experience in business management and planning
2. Event Management and Project Management experience
3. Knowledge of and experience within telco market or other service-based industry
4. Excellent stakeholder management skills with proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration, motivate teams, and implement change
5. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
6. High proficiency across Microsoft Office suite
