Position Purpose:
As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling the full suite of Info-Tech products and services to prospective and existing clients. Your responsibilities will include conducting lead generation activities, booking sales presentations, delivering compelling sales pitches, managing sales opportunities, and providing valuable customer feedback. You will also manage an existing book of business, focusing on client retention and satisfaction. Collaborating closely with the research department, you will build trusted relationships with technology and business leaders at the CxO level.
Key Qualifications:
1. 7+ years of experience in a Sales role serving technology and business leaders.
2. Proven track record of sales success and achieving or exceeding targets.
3. Familiarity with modern sales environments and CRM tools such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
4. Enthusiasm for personal and professional growth, demonstrated by a willingness to learn and receive ongoing coaching and training.
5. Ability to establish and maintain trust-based relationships with C-level executives.
Responsibilities:
6. Conduct consistent monthly prospecting and lead generation activities using online resources, sales tools, and marketing campaigns.
7. Work with marketing leads and conduct warm calls in your assigned territory to schedule onsite sales presentations.
8. Customize presentations to align with the target audience, ensuring a compelling pitch.
9. Execute sales appointments professionally, showcasing product knowledge and adhering to Info-Tech Research Group's sales processes.
10. Efficiently manage sales opportunities throughout the pipeline.
11. Manage an existing book of business to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
12. Actively participate in ongoing sales coaching, training, and personal development activities.
13. Provide valuable customer feedback to senior leadership for sales and marketing improvements.
14. Collaborate with the research department to include relevant analysts in sales presentations.
Key Selection Criteria:
15. Preferred prior experience selling to IT and business leaders.
16. Asset: Prior experience selling IT Research, Advisory, and Consulting services.
17. Prior experience selling IT-related products and/or services in the Australian Market.
18. Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives and staff at all levels.
19. Ability to engage in value-based client conversations.
20. Collaborative mindset with excellent listening, critical thinking, and verbal/written communication skills.
21. Adaptability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, flexible, and rapidly changing work environment.
22. Intellectual curiosity about the impact of IT on the business landscape, with a passion for continuous learning.
23. Availability for travel to conduct onsite meetings with prospective clients.
24. Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
25. Valid driver's license.
