This position is located in their busy Hume warehouse for an initial 12-month contract. About the Position The ICT Assets and Logistics Section supports the agency’s priorities by undertaking the goods receiving, receipting, storage, dispatch, collection and secure disposal of ICT equipment. Duties Assist with the goods receiving/receipting, storage, dispatch, collection, and secure disposal of ICT equipment Managing own tasks and job queues while maintaining tight time frames Assist with monitoring and reporting of warehouse stock level Adhere to correct asset control processes Provide infrastructure related operational support Follow procedures for prioritisation, resolution and/or escalation of infrastructure issues Use IT incident management systems to record, update and assist the Operations Support Team Assist with the procurement and deployment of hardware, software and related assets Contribute to team improvement initiatives and projects Requirements/Skills Hold a current Forklift License. Experience in assisting with the goods receiving/receipting, storage, dispatch, collection, and secure disposal of ICT equipment. Understanding of workplace health and safety and security protocols.
