As a Senior Principal, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of complex change programs and leading a team of management consultants. You will work independently to develop and execute change management strategies, optimize talent, and conduct HR transformations that enable our clients to achieve their business goals.There is no average day at Client, as you will work shoulder to shoulder with our clients and colleagues in a variety of backgrounds and work. Our work is broad, from creative communication to culture transformation, disruptive thinking to impactful actions and more! You will also have opportunities to work throughout Australia and the Asia Pacific region.Our clients include Mining giants, Governments, Tech firms, Oil and Gas, Not for Profits, and Retail organisations, just to name a few. You could be leading an ERP rollout in Singapore, Training Miners in Outback Australia, or assisting Government build a better future for all of us.About You:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Principal to join our team. We appreciate and welcome people from all walks of life.Minimum 15-20 Years of experience in Organisational Change Management or People/HR transformation.Desire to be responsible for driving organizational change and transformation for our clients.Want to work closely with our clients to understand their business needs, identify areas for improvement, and design and implement effective change management strategies.Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management.Have a strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, and experience implementing them.A background in different industries including Consulting Tech, Mining, or Government.Experience leading change management activities for large-scale transformation programs.Strong leadership skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.Delivered projects in HR transformation & employee experience, future workforce planning, organisational change, rewards and organisational design, and organisation restructuring.Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of change management and Human capital strategies and plans.Work independently, managing a program of work end to end.Manage a team of change management consultants to deliver successful outcomes.Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.Identify and manage anticipated resistance.Identify, analyse, and prepare risk mitigation tactics, including identifying and managing anticipated resistance.Define and measure change success measures and monitor change progress.Lead the design, development, delivery, and management of communications.Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.Communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Support the development of proposals and thought leadership initiatives.Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple stakeholders.Build and support your team members.Regards,
