This role will see you developing meaningful and engaging activity programs, underpinned by our person-centred care model; supervising and mentoring your team; and most importantly, playing a pivotal role in improving the health and wellbeing of our much-loved residents.About you: Previous experience working in Leisure and Lifestyle is a must.Having previously delivered person-centred care to all residents, including those with dementia and challenging behaviours, you know how to tailor activity programs to be highly inclusive and engaging to all.After all, social inclusion and enjoyment of all our residents is our priority! Furthermore, you will have: Proven skills and ability to adapt to individual needs to communicate effectively Good understanding of WHS principles to ensure the ongoing safety of our residents Strong people management skills and experience leading a team Proven experience planning and implementing engaging activity programs Unrestricted driver's licence Bus licence or willingness to obtain (and drive the bus of course!)
