Introduction St Clare's High School, Taree is seeking a Temporary Part Time (6hrs a week on a Friday) Executive Assistant to join the team January 2025 for 12 months. St Clare's was established in 1971 as a systemic, coeducational, regional high school catering for students from Taree, Forster/Tuncurry, Wingham, Bulahdelah, Krambach/Nabiac and Gloucester parishes. Description POSITION DESCRIPTION The purpose of this position is to build and foster positive and collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders in order to provide support to the Principal. In this position, discretion, judgement, initiative and confidentiality are imperative at all times. The position is to support the administrative and coordination requirements of the Principal. The Executive Assistant also has responsibility for leadership of and day-to-day management of the Administration Support Staff.
