We're seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the team and oversee the launch of this new store opening in Caulfield!
About the Role:
* Managing daily store operations and delivering excellent customer service
* Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team to achieve sales and service goals
* Ensuring effective stock management, visual merchandising, and store presentation
* Implementing store policies and procedures to create a positive and productive work environment
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers
About You:
* Proven experience as a Store Manager in the pet industry is essential
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a high-performing team
* Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for working with animals
* Strong business acumen, with a track record of driving sales and achieving targets
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
