Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor for IT solutions.Sales & Business Development – Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts by understanding client needs and aligning them with our offerings.Technical Solution Selling – Leverage your knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and systems engineering to position relevant products and services.Vendor & Partner Engagement – Collaborate with leading technology vendors and internal technical teams to design and propose tailored IT solutions.Pipeline & Forecasting – Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, provide forecasts, and meet/exceed revenue targets.Proposal Development – Create and present proposals, quotes, and statements of work to clients.Market & Industry Awareness – Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in IT infrastructure, security, and managed services to bring value to clients.Requirements5+ years of Account Management experience in a VAR or MSP environmentStrong understanding of Networking (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, etc.), Cybersecurity (Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.), and Systems Engineering (VMware, Microsoft, cloud solutions)Proven ability to drive sales growth and manage customer relationships at an enterprise levelExperience working with technology vendors, distributors, and reseller partnershipsAbility to understand and communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skillsBachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field (preferred)Relevant certifications (Cisco, AWS, Microsoft, Fortinet, etc.) are a plusSalary:Open - depending on experience
