We are embarking on a groundbreaking journey to bring innovation and progress to the Burrup Peninsula, Western Australia. Our iconic project is a 50/50 joint venture with Saipem and Perdaman Industries.
Your Role
We are seeking skilled HDPE Poly Welders (Sprinkler Fitters) to join our team. As an HDPE Poly Welder, you will be responsible for:
* Previous experience in construction in a remote environment preferred.
* Experience in underground HDPE piping systems in large industrial sites, working in accordance with relevant Australian Standards.
* Pre-Fabrication, Installation and Testing of underground fire water deluge system, hydrant systems and hose reels.
* Previous experience working in a large Green Fields construction environment.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* HDPE/Pipe welding and installation experience with associated qualifications; PMBWeld301, PMBWeld302, PMBWeld305, PMB Weld309.
* Poly welding accreditation for Electrofusion butt welding of piping.
* Previous mine and construction experience.
* Construction Industry White card – Must have.
* Current Australian "C" Class Driver's License – Optional.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screen.
* Full Working Rights in Australia.
* Ability to read Isometric Piping Drawings and Lay out drawings.
* EWP.
* Working at Heights.
