Responsibilities: Applications MUST be submitted in English Manage content programming resources in TikTok and maintain programming records to ensure timely exposure and results are delivered for SoundOn releases Use data tools to find potential high-performing releases within the SoundOn catalogue for early promotion and signing Ideate, plan, and execute music marketing campaigns with the other team members to create TikTok Viral and DSP charting tracks Work with the artist partnership team, and develop campaign and artist reports to demonstrate promotion results to clients periodically to reinforce artist relationships and improve client retention. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above Knowledge of the latest social media and music trends in Spanish Speaking Latin America, and being able to incorporate them into marketing actions Strong data analysis skills, proficiency in Excel Excellent project management and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience at music labels, distributors, or digital service providers Majors in Music Management, Marketing, Business Management, or related fields Experience in SQL and statistics Experience in influencer marketing, music programming, marketing, or management #J-18808-Ljbffr
