This venue offers activities and entertainment for all as well as serving up some creative cocktails and mouth-watering meals. About the Role: Assist the Venue Manager in day-to-day operations of the venue. Ensure staff are trained to a high standard to deliver great guest experience. Maintain high standards of compliance in regards to food safety, hygiene and public safety. Support the enjoyable and entertaining culture of the venue. About You: Experience in a food and beverage hospitality environment is a necessity when applying for this role. A clear understanding of stock and labour control and how they affect the business. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and public holidays. A passion around customer service and guest experience. Bring your quirky personality, the ability to laugh and bring a positive energy into the business. Stock control, experience in rosters and bookings management are all required.
