The Role:
We're on the hunt for a State Manager to take charge of our VIC, TAS & SA region.
Reporting to the Head of Trade Sales, you'll play a key role in shaping and executing growth strategies across Builders, Contractors, Architects, Designers, Independent & Company owned Trade Stores.
Leading a highly accountable and focused sales team across the region, you'll drive results, build strong customer relationships, and take on a critical leadership role with a clear path for future professional and personal growth.

What You'll Be Doing:
Leading and inspiring a high-performing sales team to hit and exceed business targets.
Developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue and market share.
Building strong, lasting relationships with key customers across various channels, Independent trade stores, builders, contractors, and architects.
Staying ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to uncover new opportunities.
Ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and compliance across your region.
Driving a positive team culture through coaching, development, and engagement.
Collaborating with national leadership to align regional strategies with overall business goals.
