About the Role:
* You will have complete responsibility for store operations, including building and training a high-performing team that maintains a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Developing a strong understanding of customers' purchasing behavior and adjusting products and promotions accordingly to provide an enticing shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Total responsibility for the operation of the store, working closely with the company director to achieve short-term and long-term goals.
* Work towards targets including fuel sales, shop sales, periodical audit scores, and high customer service ratings.
* Assist with console operation, fuel and stock management, and staff management, including hiring and training new staff, conducting regular safety and training sessions, and creating weekly rosters.
* Administration work, including maintaining relevant records and ensuring compliance with OHS and local council regulations.
* Customer service management, handling feedback and complaints and taking necessary action to rectify.
Requirements:
* Previous retail managerial experience required (minimum 1 year preferred).
* Flexible hours available, with a preference for 7 days a week (negotiable).
* Full-time position with a salary of $75,000 - $80,000 per annum (negotiable).
