About the Role
We are seeking a Spare Parts Manager to join our team in Northern Victoria. In this role, you will support and advise internal and external stakeholders on parts to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Increasing and maximizing all parts sales through liaison with the client base.
* Assisting in providing a regular flow of inventory to ensure adequate and appropriate supply and guidelines are adhered to.
* Providing parts interpreting services via online, phone, and in-person.
* Making phone contact with the client base to increase business and promote new products and improvements.
* Monitoring and staying informed of the latest product developments and updates, using them to maximum advantage.
In addition, we offer factory OEM training and development opportunities.
Requirements:
* High levels of customer focus both internally and externally.
* Experience and strong understanding of inventory maintenance and stock matrix.
* High attention to detail with excellent communication skills, both verbal and online.
* Proficiency in computer skills such as Office365, Word, Excel, etc.
* BASIC knowledge of the principles of operation of internal combustion engines (essential) and automatic transmissions (preferred).
