The Role
The Executive Assistant plays a key role in providing high-level, confidential support to the Director of Strategy and Architecture or Director of Business Transformation.
This includes managing executive and administrative tasks, ensuring seamless communication, and delivering high-quality support to the DHSA Executive Office.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with:
* Excellence in customer service.
* Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, manage confidential matters, and create clear, well-written documentation for various audiences.
* Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and navigate sensitive environments with discretion.
* High attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records, apply appropriate methodologies, and analyse and investigate issues.
* Self-motivation and capable of working both independently and as part of a team, using initiative to prioritise tasks and exercise judgment when procedures are not clearly defined.
* Proven experience in providing administrative and executive support, including diary management, financial, HR, and records management, as well as preparing complex briefings and correspondence.
* Experience in supporting committees, including agenda preparation, meeting organization, minute-taking, and managing action items.
* A background in providing project management support, including system establishment, maintaining registers, and tracking project budgets and deliverables.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and information systems such as Objective.Strong knowledge of executive support functions, administration, finance, procurement, HR processes, and agency programs and policies.
