About you
9. High level of interpersonal communication and organisational skills
10. Disability, Health or Employment sector experience is preferred
11. Ability to overcome objections, and break down employment barriers that exist for people with disability
12. Awareness of vulnerabilities to employment and the effects of unemployment
13. Effective, positive problem solving and conflict resolution skills
14. Hold a current Working With Vulnerable People Check ( you will be required to obtain prior to being offered employment and reimbursement provided on commencement if successful)
15. Ability to obtain a police check (to be arranged through MAX).
16. Be able to obtain a registered myGOVID name prior to commencing employment
