The company is currently undergoing a period of rapid expansion and growth, and they are seeking a driven and competent Finance Manager to join their team. **The Opportunity**
As a member of the finance team, you will work in a modern office setting and have the opportunity to advance your career in finance through the company's ongoing training programs. This role would be particularly suitable for candidates with extensive experience in transactional finance.
**Key Responsibilities**
As Finance Manager, you will provide financial information and counsel to support the executive management team in making informed decisions about the company. Your key duties will include:
* Preparing timely Management Accounts (Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet)
* Preparing Annual Tax Accounts and reviewing Tax Computation/Deductibility
* Managing Accounts Payables and overseeing related documents
* Managing Accounts Receivables and accounting and treasury functions
* Preparation of budgets and forecasts
* Managing Key Performance Indexes (KPIs)
* Staff Training and Appraisal (excluding managing subordinates)
* Interpreting the company's financial results for management
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or CIMA
* Proven experience as a Finance Manager
* Solid knowledge of basic and advanced accounting and financial principles and practices
* Experience leading and managing direct reports
* Strong administration and process improvement skills
* Ability to analyze data, develop reports, and provide insights and recommendations to management
**Salary Package**
