About this opportunity
The Senior Human Resource Business Partner is responsible for aligning people strategies with the goals of Dovida to enhance business performance and employee engagement.
This position strategically partners with Operational Leaders (including Regional and Business Operations Managers) providing proactive HR support across various functions to strengthen business performance and ensure best in class service provision to our clients.
The Senior Human Resource Business Partner's responsibilities will extend across all offices and business units within the NSW region.
This role could be suited for someone looking for part time work or full time work.
We are also open to candidates based on the South Coast NSW or Central Coast NSW.

Work with Operational Leaders and other business leaders necessary to drive company and business unit strategic and operational objectives through consideration of the people element and overlaying the strategic HR objectives Provide proactive advice, support and resources to enable leaders to manage their teams Facilitating People cyclical programs Contribute to the translation of functional business plans into People strategies and actions.
Develop strategies in conjunction with Operational Leaders to retain employees and optimize workforce performance.
Manage complex or escalated HR cases, including in employee relations, industrial relations, and workplace health & safety contexts About you
8-10 years' experience in strategic business partnering Ability to regularly travel to Dovida sites and businesses across NSW.
Demonstrated ability to nurture and develop strong, positive working relationships with organizational leaders with a mixture of coaching, courageous conversations and formal service provision Experience in all functions across the People pillar including IR / ER, Organizational Development, Learning and Development, Workplace Health and Safety etc.
Facilitation experience and ability to deliver leadership development programs Degree in HR or another relevant field Valid driver's license Australian work rights
