We are looking for a seasoned professional to drive our sales and marketing efforts for K-12 and higher education institutions.Position SummaryThis is a part-time role at approximately 20 hours per week, offering flexible hours and remote work, with occasional travel to potential client schools or universities in Victoria.
This position includes a base salary plus commission based on performance.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, engage, and nurture relationships with potential school clients and educational organisations.Conduct outreach, schedule demos, and negotiate deals.Maintain CRM records of leads and manage the sales pipeline.Collaborate on marketing campaigns and strategies to expand market awareness.Develop promotional materials and coordinate digital marketing initiatives.Track, analyse, and report on marketing metrics and campaign performance.Work cross-functionally with product, development, and customer support teams.Provide customer feedback to guide product improvements.Engage in team meetings and present progress on sales and marketing goals.Required QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.Experience & Skills: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or related industries).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with AI technology or educational tools is a plus.
Proficiency with CRM software, digital marketing platforms, and project management tools.Other Requirements: Must be authorised to work in Australia.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for school visits as needed.
