Role Summary
Ambitious and creative Program Manager – Onboarding will be responsible for the entire in-app onboarding experience, transforming new Delivery Partners into confident Amazon Flex users. This strategic role requires a deep understanding of product and UX, driving bold improvements to onboard and activate targeted numbers of Delivery Partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding strategies, enhancing the overall Delivery Partner Experience, onboarding conversion, and compliance.
- Analyze onboarding funnel performance, identifying areas of opportunity to improve yield and inform data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope initiatives and drive improvements across the app, ensuring seamless delivery experiences.
- Champion innovative ideas, executing plans at both strategic and tactical levels, and continuously test and optimize onboarding programs.
- Work closely with communications to develop messaging that maintains the Amazon Flex brand voice and resonates with Delivery Partners.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Proven expertise in building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Strong experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables)
- Effective use of customer research, hard data, and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess marketing program efficacy
- Strong SQL coding experience and database analysis skills
