About The Opportunity Design and develop new processes and equipment to enhance plant operations, reduce costs, and improve product quality Develop, implement, and maintain HACCP plans to ensure product safety and regulatory compliance Design, install, and maintain metal detection systems to ensure product safety and compliance Analyse and optimise existing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement corrective actions Manage capital projects from concept to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation Collaborate with cross-functional teams—operations, maintenance, quality, and sanitation—to ensure effective implementation of process improvements Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies Develop and maintain process documentation, including process flow diagrams, piping and instrumentation diagrams, and standard operating About You The successful candidate will have: 3+ years of experience in the food manufacturing industry, preferably in a process engineering capacity Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field Hands on experience with fault finding and maintenance works Strong knowledge of HACCP principles, food safety standards, and regulatory compliance Experience working with metal detection systems and foreign material control processes You will also have: Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process optimisation Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing and prioritising multiple projects What's in it for You?
