The Company Secretary team brings our purpose to life by providing global and Australian clients with exceptional outsourced Company Secretary services including the efficient administration of Australian subsidiary companies ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. You’ll help solve complex problems by using your skills in: Volume based and deadline driven experience as an Australian company secret ary S enior stakeholder management skills and time/project management skills A bility to work with a diverse range of personnel operating at a senior level across multiple locations Governance or company secretarial training and/or qualifications (highly regarded) Tertiary qualifications in law, accounting, commerce or other relevant degree Ability to work without supervision and demonstrate initiative In our Optimise - Company Secretary team, your impact will be seen by: Managing the meeting administration of Board and shareholder meetings Preparing accurate and timely board meeting minutes Advising on and preparing meeting agendas in a timely manner Providing prompt and professional correspondence on requests for actions Develop ing and implement company secretarial processes and procedures M aintaining all legally required company secretarial books and regulatory filings, including minute books, share register, register of directors and officers and register of responsible persons A rrang ing the statutory filings required to be made in a timely and efficient manner Excelling in a client-focused environment using your strong communication skills and ex ceptional attention to detail.
