Accountable for local Private Client performance, ensuring profit and loss achievement in line with global targets set through the annual planning cycle.Provide leadership for the Private Client teams in Cayman and take responsibility for local P&L, client satisfaction and client retention as well as management of selected client accounts, as determined by the global Private Client strategy.Main ResponsibilitiesBuild and nurture long term client relationships as a trusted solution providerEnsure high quality of client serviceUnderstand market and industry trends to enhance our product offeringUnderstand client needs and Ocorian competitive advantage using data analyticsIdentify strong upsell/cross sell opportunities using industry knowledge and awareness of broader Ocorian offeringMarket Ocorian internally and externally with credibility and personal presenceInfluence the strategic direction of Private Clients Service LineCascade strategy and lead in its operational implementationBudget/forecast with accuracy & "manage the P&L".
