Internal Communications Manager, Projects
This is a six-month contract role within the Allianz Internal Communications team.
About the Role:
You will play a key part in a newly established project team, bringing creativity and experience to complex change environments. You will develop strategic communication plans to engage employees and provide advice to senior management.
* Develop and execute communication plans to deliver consistent messages across internal channels
* Collaborate with project teams and subject matter experts to understand requirements
* Provide communication advice to senior management
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Extensive experience in external and marketing communications roles
* Strong research, verbal, and written communication skills
* Advanced consulting and influencing skills for co-creating strategies with stakeholders
