Job Description The Business Systems Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the Strategy & Innovation team, working closely with ICT, in supporting and transforming business applications across ADF Careers, ensuring the approach to transformation is consistent with ADF Career's Transformation strategy and approach. You will: Support internal users across a range of business solutions, including set-up, enhancement, alterations and testing of system configurations. Seek input and feedback from users across the organisation and monitor operational activities to identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, performance and user experience. Develop strong stakeholder relationships with business users, IT teams and vendors to ensure applications are being utilised effectively. Technical liaison for system enhancements and updates; participating in the planning, testing and implementation phases. Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to systems and process requirements gathering, testing and implementation. Consider needs of entire ADF Career's business through systems transformation, ensuring minimal disruption and no impact on the organisation's ability to maximise target achievement. Contribute to and provide insights into the transformation strategy and program and assist project teams to ensure required business functionality is supported. Develop, manage and maintain a high service level client relationship through the provision of services that meet or exceed the expectations of Defence and the Adecco contract, further encouraging a strong and ongoing relationship between Adecco and the Commonwealth of Australia. Sound problem solving, system and process improvement. Experience with CRM Administration. Experience with Genesys and Dynamics 365 is preferred but not essential.
