Managing the delivery of recommendations and solutions covering multiple areas of People & Culture, including learning and development, communications, remuneration and benefits, employee relations, talent management and change management.Identifying areas of long-term strategic development within the people environment.Providing interpretation and counsel to executive and senior leaders regarding policies, programs and practices.Researching issues and developing solutions to resolve strategic business issues.Developing and implementing new policies, practices and programs to meet organisational and executive and senior leaders' needs.What you will bring:
Leadership, team building, consulting, negotiation and facilitation skills.Expert knowledge of Human Resources organisational policies and practices.Expert knowledge of generalist Human Resources best practice.Strong relationship management and influencing skills.Excellent communication skills and highly service oriented.Knowledge of current employment legislation.Business partnering capability at an executive/strategic level.Leading a small team of Advisors and Administrators.About You
As a Senior Human Resource Business Partner, you will have the desire to drive business success within a rapidly growing business within the resource sector.
