Credit Manager Role
You will be responsible for transaction credit risk decisioning and structuring within the Regional & Agribusiness segment in Australia.
In this role, you will act separately from relationship management activities and be accountable for supporting or providing final credit approvals for credit exposures to a portfolio of customers.
Responsibilities include:
* Approving transactions within delegated authority and supporting transactions that exceed the delegated authority for approval at higher levels.
* Maintaining sound credit quality of your assigned portfolio through proactive monitoring and developing corrective strategies as necessary.
* Providing advice to business and support partners on risk policies and procedures.
* Ensuring adequate reporting and transparency to senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has:
* Significant banking/financial services experience across a broad range of disciplines with at least five years' experience originating and/or approving credit transactions within Business and Agribusiness segments ($3-$40M).
* A tertiary degree in business, finance, accounting, or agriculture.
* Strong business acumen with a commercial and relationship driven approach.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
