The Galley Kitchen – our bright and breezy, all-day diner, Moby's Bar – home to a selection of the world's finest whiskies, smartest cocktails, and wonderful wines, and The Poolside Bar offers refreshing drinks and light nibbles.We are currently seeking a Full-time Beverage Attendant to work behind the bars located at the hotel.
In addition, you will service our pool bar, tend to room service requests, and stock our guests' mini bar.
This opportunity will have you preparing a wide variety of beverages and delivering exceptional table service, whilst always projecting friendly and courteous professionalism.Duties will include but are not limited to:Demonstrating 6-12 months cocktail making experience.Being a passionate Beverage Attendant with exceptional drink service experience gained within a restaurant or whisky/cocktail lounge environment.Having good knowledge of wine, or exposure to presenting wine in a restaurant setting, as well as experience in mixing a wide variety of cocktails.Exhibiting exceptional customer service skills, a positive and enthusiastic attitude, and the ability to retain high standards in a busy and demanding position.Following RSA government legislation requirements.Able to work under pressure.Certifications required: RSA.As part of The Wests Group recruitment and assessment process, candidates progressing to the next stage will be required to complete relevant due diligence and compliance checks specific to the role.
