Reporting to the Chief of Staff, this role entails providing nuanced strategic counsel, adeptly managing partnerships, and ensuring seamless communication with key stakeholders.The ESA conducts comprehensive analyses and delivers insights on a wide array of issues, taking into account the intricate political and business landscapes, all while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and sensitivity.The ESA is pivotal in fostering robust relationships with the University Executive, Senate, University Leadership Network, and other critical internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, the role supports the execution of key initiatives and meetings related to Strategy 2032, identifies emerging challenges, and prepares detailed briefings and speaking points for significant events.
