The Senior Campaign Analyst plays a crucial role in TPG Telecoms transformation, responsible for customer campaign management across TPG telecoms brands using our CRM platform and SQL toolsets. Focusing on the segmentation of the customer base for transformation using metrics such as but not limited to the brand, product, pricing, and household. The Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams, provides clear briefs to internal creative teams, monitors progress, and ensures consistent messaging. By optimizing customer communications via a/b testing, the Manager enhances the customer experience and contributes to the overall success of the brand transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities

1. Manage E2E build and delivery of campaigns (SMS, eDM, OTM and Journey Builder) using Portrait, TPG’s customer marketing platform, and orchestrate campaigns across channels.
2. Data Management and Optimization – utilize our data and platforms to propose the best ways to deliver personalized campaigns; Design and perform A/B testing, and ongoing optimization to maximize open rates.
3. Identify opportunities to optimise, simplify and automate campaigns. Leading the cross- functional transformation team to implement the changes.
4. As a Senior Campaign Analyst, contribute to the culture of Test & Learn in the team through embedding robust test & learn methodologies into campaigns by leveraging data-driven insights.
5. Devise and manage the implementation, development, analysis, targeting, and testing of new methods of increasing audience engagement, action and reducing churn.
6. Own all aspects of trafficking, optimization, and troubleshooting with a sustained focus on personalization, efficiency and scalability.
7. Working with the CLM Transformation to conduct regular split-testing on customer audiences, subject lines, landing pages, template designs and messaging.
8. Document campaigns, including segmentation, audience targeting, a/b testing and customer journey.
9. Staying abreast of customer mapping and movements as they transition into new brands and billing systems.
Knowledge & Experience:
10. 5+ years’ hands-on experience in the Customer Campaign Execution ideally in a telco, bank, or subscription media company.
11. Has experience with campaign platforms (Adobe Campaign, Unica, CIM, PEGA, SAS CI360, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
12. Strong SQL skills and good understanding of relational database structure.
13. Analytically driven person with demonstrated record of using insights to improve customer experience and business outcomes.
14. Understands data driven marketing, digital marketing, marketing analytics and lead management.
15. Innovative character keen to think out of the box in a pragmatic and systematic approach.
16. Is a strong communicator with the ability to work collaboratively and efficiently with different stakeholders.
17. Has the ability to manage conflicting priorities in an agile environment.
