HR Advisor Role
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to support our Human Resources team and contribute to the continued growth and success of GR Engineering Services Limited (GRES).
The Opportunity:
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a HR Advisor to play a key role in shaping the future of our organisation. Reporting to the Manager - HR, you will be responsible for overseeing HR business systems, people processes and ensuring seamless delivery of HR related processes and services.
* Coordinating HR operational activities to ensure effective day-to-day HR operations.
* Assisting with the development and maintenance of processes for all elements of the employee lifecycle, including attraction, recruitment, on boarding, development, retention and separation.
* Managing onboarding and induction processes for all white-collar employees, including coordinating probationary reviews and ensuring people data is maintained.
* Assisting the Manager of HR with compliance, Industrial Relations and drafting of contracts of employment.
* Ensuring all new starters are tracked, onboarded into the Green Tree system and that the necessary paperwork is submitted to payroll.
* Assisting with HR reporting, data management and internal HR communications.
* Assisting with the continuous improvement of all HR Policies, Standards, Procedures and Forms.
* Assisting with general HR and payroll queries.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years experience in a HR Advisor position.
* HR qualification with strong administration experience.
* Advanced Microsoft office skills.
* Sound organisation and time management skills.
* Must have initiative and be self-motivated.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Must have full and unrestricted Australian working rights.
