Administration Manager/ Administration assistant
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Our client, a leader in manufacturing mining equipment are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant and Administration Manager to join their team. In this pivotal role, the Administration Assistant oversees the execution of all Operational Administrative Processes relating to Data Entry, Purchasing, Freight & Logistics, Inventory Handling and On Time Completions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Oversee office management and ensure efficient administrative processes
* Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives
* Data entry of accounts and invoices
* Payroll support - collecting timesheets and leave
* Ensures Phones and Front Office is represented at all times
* Maintain site records and prepare reports as required
* Other duties as directed by Managing Director
ABOUT YOU:
* Relevant experience in an administrative support role
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues
* Strong administration skills with exceptional computer skills
* Proven Experience in Payroll and Accounts
* Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records and reports, schedules, and information management systems
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
