What You'll Be Doing : - Lead and motivate a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences consistently.
- Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to implement effective sales and marketing strategies, enhancing the customer base.
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with regional and head office teams to align with company goals and brand standards.
- Participate in the recruitment, selection, and training of new team members.
- Ensure the store is always clean, organised, and visually appealing to customers, creating a welcoming shopping experience.
What Skills you will bring: - Experience in store management, preferably in a consumer-focused industry .
- Proven ability to drive sales and profitability, with a strong focus on the customer experience .
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and stakeholders.
