The role will support the discovery phase for a contact centre/telephony project, focusing on gathering requirements, documentation and working collaboratively across the business with various stakeholders to optimise solutions. Key Responsibilities: Analyze complex processes, identify gaps, and develop effective solutions. Bridge business and technical teams through strong verbal and written communication. Use tools like Confluence for documentation and Jira for task management. Elicit, document, and prioritize requirements while aligning project outcomes with business objectives. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, fostering collaboration and managing expectations. Essential Skills and Experience: Strong proficiency in business analysis principles, with the ability to manage requirements gathering effectively. Domain knowledge of contact centre operations, including IVR and telephony systems (preferably Genesys platform).
