Job Description The core responsibilities of the Product Manager include but are not limited to:Strategic Alignment: Connect company vision to product objectives and GTM strategies.Product Expertise: Develop deep product domain knowledge and stay ahead of industry trends.Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external partners.Problem Solving & Analysis: Identify and solve key business challenges using strategic insight.Roadmap & Prioritisation: Drive roadmap discussions, manage priorities, and evaluate ROI.Communication & Evangelism: Clearly articulate product goals, build excitement, and facilitate knowledge transfer.Customer Focus: Understand customer needs, gather feedback, and validate solutions.Product Development: Define requirements, manage risks, and ensure product quality.Launch & GTM: Drive product launches and contribute to promotional plans.Data Driven Decisions: Utilise quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions.OKR & Strategy: Drive OKR planning and align initiatives with product strategy. Desired Skills and Experience 3-5+ years experience as a Product Manager working with SaaS technology platform (or equivalent experience).Domain experience in HR & Payroll is highly desired.Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.Understanding of Agile product management and delivery work practices.Strong problem solving and analytical mindset.Customer and quality focused - strong attention to detail with effective risk management in planning and execution.Confidence in highlighting issues and suggesting solutions.Strong stakeholder management skills for stakeholders at all levels and job roles.Demonstrated work experience of agile/scrum methodology;Strong ability to manage roadblocks and conflicts leading to resolution to keep the project on track;Strong communication, presentation and listening skills;Proficiency with a variety of agile project management tools (e.g. JIRA);Ability to write well-defined User Stories/Use Cases and acceptance criteria; Excellent decision making and problem solving skills.ELMO Software Limited is an equal opportunity employer, and we encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds to join our team.
