Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for assigning the correct codes to describe healthcare services, procedures, and diagnoses to ensure accuracy during the medical billing process. Responsibilities include reviewing medical records, applying appropriate codes, and conducting coding reviews to maintain compliance with national standards and contractual requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of coding systems, and the ability to work independently while supporting the goals of the clinical team.
Key Responsibilities
* Assign correct codes for diagnoses, procedures, and services based on documentation
* Conduct coding reviews of medical charts to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Support the billing process by ensuring proper code assignment
