About the Role
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Chef to join our team and contribute to the day-to-day kitchen operations. This full-time position suits both newly qualified chefs seeking their first opportunity and experienced professionals looking for stability.
Key Responsibilities
* Hold a Trade Qualification as a Chef, obtained through completion of an apprenticeship
* Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
* Possess extensive knowledge of food and proven ability to manage a busy kitchen
* Show a strong understanding of food safety requirements
Working Conditions
This is a full-time salaried role, requiring a 5-day commitment over a 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays. Negotiable remuneration will be offered to the right candidate, and visa sponsorship is available for suitably qualified applicants based in Australia.
