The Human Resources and Payroll Manager will lead the delivery of HR business services, payroll, and initiatives that support the full employee lifecycle and the needs of the organisation. The incumbent will assume ownership and responsibility for refining, reporting and managing HR compliance to the required legal standards. They will work closely with Preshil's Executive Team and its staff to ensure that Human Resources policies and procedures are relevant, up to date, safe, and aligned with Preshil's objectives. The incumbent will also assume a key advisory role, providing the Principal, the Heads of Campus and the Business Manager with timely advice in relation to Industrial and employee relations for staff spanning the school from kindergarten to senior secondary.
