About the Role
Reporting to the Store Manager, this position is responsible for assisting the Manager in maximising store performance through the key areas of team management, sales, visual merchandising, and expense control whilst focusing on delivering a premium customer experience.
About You
1. Retail Management experience in a high end or premium retail environment
2. Ability to drive store performance and the achievement of sales targets and KPIs
3. Proven ability and passion to train, develop and motivate team members in a fast paced retail environment
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
5. The ability to prioritise tasks and expectations
6. An obvious love for fashion and a strong sense of personal style and presentation
7. Flexible and innovative approach in reacting positively to changing work demands
